Sh Rajesh Gogna

Mr. Rajesh Kumar Gogna is a practising lawyer and has experience of more than 30 years in the field of law. Presently Mr. Gogna is working as the Central Government Standing Counsel in the High Court of Delhi. Mr. Gogna is representing Prime Minister Office, Cabinet Secretariat, Land & Development Office, Ministry of External Affairs, Ministry of Home Affairs, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Ministry of Defence, Ministry of Culture, Ministry of Health, Directorate of Estates, National Investigation Agency, Serious Fraud Investigation Office, Sangeet Natak Akademi, Central Medical Services Society and other Departments of Government of India.

Mr. Gogna has vast experience of handling matters relating to Constitutional Law, Administrative Law, Tender Matters, Service/Industrial Law, Extradition and Deportation Law, Contract and Arbitration Law before various Tribunals, High Courts and the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India. Mr. Gogna also worked as Amicus Curie in the Supreme Court of India upto 2016.

Mr. Gogna is also the legal advisor to National Council of Applied Economic Research, a premier economic research institute of the country. He is also advisor to various reputed educational Institutions including Indraprastha College for Women, Hansraj College and many reputed Corporate Houses.

Mr. Gogna is also the Independent Director of Engineers India Limited, a Navratna Company of Government of India. Mr. Gogna is also the member of prestigious committees of Engineers India Limited.

Mr. Gogna is also the member of the Executive Council of University of Delhi and the Member of Court of University of Delhi.

Mr. Gogna is associated with Human Rights movement and has presented papers in various international conferences in India and abroad. Presently Mr. Gogna is the Secretary General of Human Rights Defence International (HRDI) and his organization has taken up the cause of Sri Lankan war crimes, Sri Lankan war widows, Sri Lankan refugees, Bhutanese refugees, persecution of Bahai’s in Iran, persecution of Roma’s in western country, persecution of religious minorities in Pakistan and Bangladesh, Indian workers in Gulf, domestic workers, construction workers, unorganised labour and forced labour in India.

Sh Pranab Mullick

Pranab Kumar Mullick has been practising as an Advocate since 1990. He has had a brilliant academic career, having secured 2nd position in CBSE Class XII in Commerce Stream in All India, Gold medal in B.Com (Hons) from University of Delhi (Shri Ram College of Commerce) and Gold Medal in LL.B from University of Delhi (Campus Law Centre).

He is also a NTSE scholar, Junior Science Talent awardee and a published Author. After completing his LL.B, he interned with Mr. Arun Jaitley, Bhasin & Co. and Karanjawala & Co.

He became an Advocate on Record in Supreme Court of India in 1996. He has been appointed Amicus Curiae by the Supreme Court in several matters, including in D.K.Basu matter pertaining to rights of undertrials and Re. Death of 25 chained inmates in Asylum Fire in Tamil Nadu.

He has represented some of the biggest corporate multinationals in the Supreme Court and for several years was in the Central Government Advocates’ Panel. A very large number of cases handled by him have been reported in SCC and other reputed law journals. He has also regularly appeared before several High Courts, NCLT, NCLAT and NCDRC. He specializes in corporate and civil matters.

Sh S.N. Bhat

Mr. S.N. Bhat, passed his Bachelor in Arts in first division from Mysore University and LL.B in Grade B from Delhi University. He was enrolled with Bar Council of Delhi on 01.10. 1981 and has been practising continuously without break ever since. He had been a counsel for Karnataka Bank Ltd., Rajeev Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation, North Eastern Karnataka Road Transport Corporation, Bangalore Metropolitan Transport Corporation, North West Karnataka Road Transport Corporation, Bharat Electronics Ltd., New Mangalore Port Trust. He appeared as a Standing Counsel for the state of Uttar Pradesh in the Supreme Court of India.

Sh R.B.S. Chahal

Mr. Rajbirinder Singh Chahal is amongst the prominent Counsel practising in the Punjab and Haryana High Court at Chandigarh since the last more than 3 decades. His satisfied client base includes corporate houses and individuals in the States of Punjab, Haryana and Himachal Pradesh and include Non-Resident Indians and Persons of Indian Origin having interests in this region. Mr. Chahal has represented his clients not only before the High Courts of these States but also before the Supreme Court of India.

An alumnus of St Stephens College, New Delhi and Faculty of Law, University of Delhi, Mr Chahal shifted to the High Court at Chandigarh after first gaining valuable trial court experience at the District Courts, Patiala.

Mr. Chahal has served the State of Punjab as its Additional Advocate General at the Punjab and Haryana High Court, Chandigarh. Earlier in his career he had the privilege of working in a law firm in London, U.K. and upon his return to India he gained expertise in the field of Internet Technology as he coordinated and facilitated the setting up of 100% export IT units in Chandigarh under the aegis of State Technology Parks of India (STPI), an initiative of the Government of India. With his international exposure and familiarity with the working of law firms abroad, Mr Chahal looks after and advises on matters related to International Law and Intellectual Property Rights at the LLP.

Mr. Chahal, an intrepid traveler who once backpacked solo across Europe, is now an avid golfer and a voracious reader.
